How much is shipping?
Orders over $50 ship free Australia-wide 💌
Orders under $50 have a flat rate of $7.95.
How long does shipping take?
Your order will be processed in 1–3 business days. Shipping usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on where it’s coming from. Some items may arrive sooner, and some may arrive in separate parcels.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Right now, we only ship to Australian addresses 🇦🇺
Where’s my order?
Your items may arrive in separate parcels, so don’t stress if part of your order shows up first. If it’s been longer than 25 business days, email us at info.grwm.store@gmail.com with your order number.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your item ships, we’ll send tracking info (when available). Note: Some items ship from different suppliers, so you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
My tracking hasn’t updated — what do I do?
Sometimes it can take a few days for tracking to appear. If it hasn’t updated after 7 business days, contact us and we’ll chase it for you 💅
Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We don’t offer refunds for change of mind.
How do I request a refund or replacement?
Email us within 7 days of delivery at info.grwm.store@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Do I have to return the item?
Usually not — we try to make things easy. In most cases, we’ll just resend or refund the item without asking for it back.
